Fulund vulcanizer operation process
1. Before the experiment, check whether the required scale is reached in the fuel tank, and then start the machine to check whether all parts are working normally and whether the column (frame plate) is lubricated.
2. Pay attention to the temperature of the hot plate when preheating. If it does not meet the requirements, it must be adjusted under the guidance of the instructor. It is strictly forbidden to tamper with it.
3. When placing the mold between the hot plates, avoid scalding or crushing accidents, and do not put the mold into the mold when the hot plate is rising.
4. After the mold is loaded, it should be placed in the middle of the plate, and the person should stand in the center of the operating table. When the required pressure is reached after the mold is closed, turn off the motor. If the requirement is not met, please ask the instructor to adjust it, and do not tamper with it.
5. Use an iron hook to take the mold to prevent the hand from being crushed. When the mold is opened, if the product sticks to the mold, tap the mold opening tool and be careful to knock your hands to prevent the mold from falling or smashing your feet.
6. If the machine fails, the power must be cut off immediately and reported to the teacher. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the parts without permission. If the mold is crushed, it is strictly forbidden to handle it without permission.
7. After the experiment is over, cut off the power supply, clean up, and fill in the usage records after inspection by the instructor.
Introduction to the structure of the vulcanizer:
1. Structural stability: a special four-column structure is adopted, the upper seat is reinforced with medium carbon steel, and the upright column is thickened and hardened to ensure structural stability and accuracy.
2. System: The high plane pressure equalization correction is adopted, and the pressure (18mpa) strengthens the nut leveling device, which can increase the parallelism of the upper and lower heating plates to 0.05mm.
